Strongly recommend for a couple of nights

Wonderful hotel, excellent location, the fitness centre exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and variety of equipment, making it easy to stay active during my stay, and the express check-in made my arrival seamless.

The location is a major highlight, situated directly across from a popular shopping center with metro access right at the door. The room size exceeded expectations, offering a lovely view and a comfortable bed, which made it easy to relax after a day out. However, the lack of complimentary breakfast was a downside, and there was an extra charge for luggage storage, which felt unnecessary. Dining options could have been more diverse, as Italian pasta wasn’t available during my stay.

The king bed was amazing, but the bathroom was a bit tired.

Great location right by Macy's. Ice machine on our floor was broken, which was inconvenient. Room had comfortable beds and spacious layout.

It was just a commendable fit for a brief visit in New York with the best value for money ratio. The location, although not ideal, worked out well for my itinerary and I found the bed comfortable enough to rest after a long day. Try to check if your room has a balcony for some fresh air.

my stay was fantastic, as it was just a few steps from the iconic empire state building and a quick stroll to the vibrant atmosphere of times square, making it easy to soak up the city's energy during my weekend wanderings.

Really good location near Macy's. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. I appreciated the attentive service from the concierge. Daily housekeeping was consistent, and fresh towels were always available. Quick access to the subway was a big plus! 😄

Despite the prime location, the overall cleanliness could use some attention, and the initial impression felt a bit underwhelming. Noise from the streets made it hard to find peace at times. sound insulation could clearly be improved. Additionally, navigating the hotel wasn't the easiest due to inadequate signage, leading to occasional confusion while trying to find facilities.

I was blown away by the amazing rooftop bar with its jaw-dropping skyline views, especially of the Empire State Building! Our King Room was spacious and super cozy, a total dream after a day of exploring. Plus, having the subway right outside made it a breeze to hop around the city!
